BeyondMath, a Cambridge UK based AI company, is excited to announce that it has closed a £1.5M pre-seed funding round, which was led by UP.Partners, who specialise in building and investing in companies that are transforming the moving world. The round also had participation from The Creator Fund, Ex-Fi and private investors.
BeyondMath has already made significant progress in its mission to revolutionise the way we design, build and interact with the world through AI. Their first product is a Digital Windtunnel that provides near real time visualisation and analysis of aerodynamic flow allowing customers to optimise their designs orders of magnitude faster than traditional methods.
The founders are AI industry veterans with over 30 years experience having worked at several successful startups with exits to, amongst others, Google, Oracle and Amazon. Notably, they were part of the team at Evi Technologies that built the AI that was acquired by Amazon and turned into Alexa. Their in-depth knowledge of the latest developments in AI together with their science and engineering backgrounds identified the opportunity of transforming traditional engineering practices with the latest AI developments.
